Baraka Black Seed Oil is pure oil pressed from the seeds of Nigella sativa, also called black seed or black cumin. Black seed is the ingredient that runs through the whole Baraka herbal range, and this is the plain oil on its own, with nothing added.
It is sold in several bottle sizes; pick one above. The maker lists GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, Halal and Fair Choice certification, and the organic version of the oil is certified organic for the United States, the European Union and Japan (JAS). The seeds contain fixed and essential oils, and thymoquinone is the main component of the essential oil.

Directions on the pack
Directions on the pack: take one teaspoon daily after a meal. If preferred, mix it with an equal amount of bee honey, one teaspoon of each.
Shelf life and storage
Shelf life is three years. Keep the bottle tightly closed, in a cool, dark place.
