Ancient Nutra Beli Mal Powder is made from dried, ground beli flowers. Beli, also called bael (Aegle marmelos), is a tree that grows across Sri Lanka, and its dried flowers, beli mal, are a familiar herb in Sri Lankan homes and in Sinhala Ayurveda. This pack holds 100g of the powder.
The beli capsules in the same range use the fruit; this powder uses only the flower. In Sri Lanka beli mal is most often brewed into a light herbal tea.

How to use
Brew a small spoonful in hot water as a herbal tea, strain if you wish, and drink it plain or sweetened to taste. Follow any directions printed on the pack.
