This box of Chamomile Twist from Akbar holds 20 tea bags with a net weight of 30g, so 1.5g of herbs in each bag. The blend is camomile flowers with a natural citrus flavour, and every bag is wrapped in its own foil sachet.
The foil keeps the flowers' scent in until the moment you open a sachet, which matters with camomile, as its aroma fades quickly once exposed to air. In the cup it is mellow and floral, with a hint of citrus at the end.
Drink it plain, or add honey to taste. It also makes a pleasant iced infusion: brew two bags in a mug, cool, and pour over ice.

How to brew
- One bag per cup.
- Water at 100 C.
- Steep for 4 to 5 minutes and lift the bag out gently.
