Every order placed before the end of a business day is packaged the following business day. Deliveries operate on weekdays only — Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday dispatches are not available. Under current conditions, please allow up to five working days for your order to arrive after dispatch.

Which provinces does Lakpura deliver to?
Lakpura's domestic network spans all nine Sri Lankan provinces. The rate applied to your order depends primarily on the province and district of the delivery address, with Western Province locations typically carrying the lowest rates and more remote districts — such as those in the Northern and North Central provinces — carrying slightly higher rates due to distance and logistics complexity.

The published rate table covers the most frequently requested destinations. If your city, town, or village does not appear, this does not necessarily mean delivery is unavailable — Lakpura serves many smaller localities on request. How is the shipping weight calculated?
Standard rates in this table apply to packages up to 1,000 g (1 kg). Orders that exceed this weight threshold may attract additional charges. When you place an order on lakpura.com, the applicable shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your basket. Can I track my domestic delivery?
