How to use
The maker's directions: one capsule a day with a meal, ideally in the morning or early afternoon; no more than two a day. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription. Not for anyone with a mushroom allergy or under 18.
Storage
Keep the tub tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
