Tea Estate Experience from Ella

Step into the lush hillside surrounds of Ella and spend three hours at a working tea plantation with Lakpura. Watch skilled pluckers move through the rows, selecting the finest two leaves and a bud, before heading inside the Halpe tea factory to follow the full manufacturing process — withering, rolling, fermenting, and drying — right through to the finished leaf. The tour wraps with a tea tasting so you leave with a genuine sense of what sets Ceylon tea apart.

Your private, English-speaking chauffeur guide collects you directly from your hotel and returns you afterwards. A bottle of water is provided per person. Participants must be aged 12 or over. Gratuities and personal expenses are not included.
