About this experience
Lace up your boots and hike to the summit of Single Tree Hill, the ninth tallest mountain in Sri Lanka. This private, four-hour tour takes you up to a panoramic viewpoint where many of Sri Lanka's highest peaks line the horizon — bring your camera and take your time at the top. A support team and first-aid kit accompany you throughout, with a backup vehicle on standby for emergencies.
Once you descend, settle in for a picnic lunch by the lake — included, along with refreshments and energy slabs to keep you going on the trail. Note that hotel pickup, drop-off, and transport to the trailhead in Nuwara Eliya are not included, so arrange your own way to the start point. Minimum age for this hike is 12 years.
