Ancient Nutra garcinia powder is ground goraka, the dried fruit of Garcinia cambogia. In Sri Lanka goraka is the classic souring agent for fish curries such as ambul thiyal, and it adds a tart, smoky depth to many other curries.

How to use
Add a small amount to fish, prawn and vegetable curries while they cook, for a tangy, sour depth in the traditional Sri Lankan way. Start with a pinch and add more to taste.
