Love Beets is a beetroot face pack from Ancient Nutra: a 100g pouch of dried, finely ground beetroot that you mix into a paste and apply to the face. It is a cosmetic, not a food.

How to use
- Mix a spoonful of the powder with plain curd to a smooth paste.
- Spread it over clean skin, avoiding the eyes.
- Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes, then wash off with cold water.
The maker suggests using it at least twice a week. For external use only. Do a patch test first.
Storage
Seal the pouch tightly after opening and store it in a cool, dry place.
