Ancient Nutra hibiscus flower tea is made from dried hibiscus flowers and nothing else. It brews into a deep red, caffeine-free tea with a fruity, sweet and sour taste, and it works hot or iced.

How to brew
The pack's directions: put one teaspoon in a cup, pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain. For iced tea, brew it at double strength and pour over ice. The maker suggests drinking it without milk.
