Ancient Nutra Collagen is a dietary supplement of hydrolysed marine collagen peptides, a Type I collagen that the maker sources from fish. Hydrolysed means the protein has been broken down into short peptides. It is a different product from the Ancient Nutra Collagen Powder sold in a 100g pouch.

60 capsules in a white plastic tub with a purple label reading "Collagen, Dietary Supplement". The capsule shell is vegetarian; the contents are fish-derived.
How to use
The maker's directions: two capsules a day, morning or evening, with water. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
Not suitable for anyone with a fish or seafood allergy, or for vegetarian and vegan diets.
Storage
The maker advises a cool, dry place at 15 to 25°C. Keep the tub closed and out of the reach of children.
