About this experience
Over seven days, you travel through two of Sri Lanka's most contrasting landscapes — the cool, mist-covered Hill Country and the sun-drenched southern coast. Your private vehicle and English-speaking chauffeur guide take you to the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy, upcountry tea plantations still producing some of the world's finest Ceylon tea, picturesque waterfalls along mountain roads, and the UNESCO-listed Old Colonial City of Galle. Each morning you set off at your own pace, with two 500 ml water bottles per person provided daily for the road.
The tour balances highland calm with coastal warmth. Stroll the ramparts of Galle Fort, watch the rolling green terraces of a working tea estate, and wind down with a fresh coconut as the sun drops over the Indian Ocean. Private transport is included throughout, along with all taxes and service charges. Hotel accommodation, meals, and entrance fees are arranged separately, giving you full flexibility over where you stay and dine. Minimum age for participation is 12 years.
