Question 1

How do I add a tour to my Lakpura cart?

Accepted Answer

Navigate to any tour, transfer, or product page on Lakpura.com, select your preferred date or variant, and click the 'Add to Cart' button. The item will appear in your cart, accessible via the cart icon at the top of every page.

Question 2

Can I book tours and buy products in the same Lakpura order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tours, transfers, and physical products such as teas or spices can all be added to the same cart and checked out in a single transaction. Each item type is handled separately in the confirmation email with relevant instructions.

Question 3

Does Lakpura offer refunds if I cancel a tour?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation and refund terms vary by service type and how far in advance you cancel. Generally, cancellations made well before the service date attract a lower or no penalty, while late cancellations may incur a fee. Full terms are outlined on the individual product page and in your confirmation email.

Question 4

What currency does Lakpura charge in?

Accepted Answer

Prices are quoted in US dollars by default. Your card issuer will convert the charge to your home currency at the prevailing exchange rate if you pay in a different currency. Some regions may see a local-currency display option on the site.

Question 5

How long does it take to receive confirmation after checkout?

Accepted Answer

An automated confirmation email is sent immediately after a successful payment. If you do not see it within five minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. For tours, a Lakpura agent typically follows up within one business day to confirm operational details.

Question 6

Can I add a special request or dietary requirement through the cart?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is a remarks or special requests field at the checkout stage where you can note dietary needs, accessibility requirements, or any other preferences. The relevant guide or service provider will be briefed accordingly before your trip.

Question 7

Do Lakpura product prices include shipping?

Accepted Answer

Product prices shown on the site are typically for the item itself. Applicable shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery destination and displayed clearly before the final payment step, so there are no hidden charges at checkout.
