About this experience
The Mitsubishi L300 is a boxy, high-roofed van from the Delica family, offered here for self-drive hire in Sri Lanka. With rows of seats behind the cab, it suits a group or family travelling together who would rather drive themselves than follow a fixed tour.
The van is collected from and returned to Pamankada Road, Colombo 06, on a garage-to-garage basis, and hire days are counted by calendar day rather than in 24-hour cycles. Each day of hire includes 80 km of driving; distance beyond that is billed per kilometre. All self-drive rentals are subject to terms and conditions that you sign at collection.
Rates are inclusive of all taxes. Insurance under a car rental fleet cover protects the driver, passengers, the vehicle and third parties, and your liability is limited to the refundable deposit. If the van breaks down or is involved in an accident, a replacement vehicle of a similar category is provided around the clock. Fuel is not included and is paid for by the client.
GPS navigation units, baby and child seats, road maps and other optional equipment are available on request. Airport transport and driving licence assistance can be arranged, and a chauffeur service is available during the rental period for days when you would prefer someone else at the wheel.
