About this experience
Pick up your Daihatsu Terios from Pamankada Road, Colombo 06, and explore Sri Lanka at your own pace. Each day's hire includes 80 km of driving, with any excess billed at USD 0.34 per km. Comprehensive fleet insurance covers you, your passengers, the vehicle, and third parties — your liability is capped at the refundable deposit of USD 165. Fuel is not included and is paid for by you at the pump. Optional extras such as GPS/SAT navigation, baby or child seats, and road maps are available on request, as is chauffeur service if you'd prefer not to drive.
Hire days are calculated on a calendar-day basis, and mileage runs garage to garage from Colombo 06. Rates include all local taxes, though a 10% seasonal surcharge applies in July, August, December, and January. A 24/7 replacement vehicle of the same category is on standby should you experience a breakdown or accident. Airport transfers and driving licence assistance can also be arranged through Lakpura when you book.
