World's End, Sri Lanka is an escarpment that falls sheer for nearly a kilometer, bringing forth glorious views all around from the edge of the Horton Plains of the Central Highlands of Sri Lanka. Horton Plains elevated over 2000 meters above the sea level is a World Heritage Site.
World's End needs to be visited early in the morning before the mist set. On a clear day the southern coast of Sri Lanka could be viewed from the World's End while the large lake at Uda Walave National Park could be seen on any day.
