Un conducteur expérimenté fait également office de pisteur, déchiffrant le paysage tandis que vous traversez l'un des parcs nationaux les moins visités du Sri Lanka, réputé pour ses troupeaux d'éléphants, ses léopards et sa faune aviaire endémique. Une bouteille d'eau fraîche est fournie par personne, et un service gratuit de prise en charge et de dépôt est inclus pour tout lieu situé dans un rayon de 5 km de l'entrée du parc.
Le safari dure trois heures, ce qui vous permet de couvrir les principaux habitats du parc le long du couloir fluvial du Mahaweli. Les enfants à partir de cinq ans sont les bienvenus.
