About this experience
Clip on your helmet, grab the handlebars and set off into the Ella Highlands on this private five-hour cycling tour. You ride through grassy plains, past gurgling streams and alongside waterfalls before weaving through paddy fields and small tea and spice plantations to reach the iconic Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. A backup vehicle and spare bikes follow throughout, so the focus stays firmly on the scenery. Refreshments and cookies are included, and a free pickup and drop-off from Ella gets you to the start without any fuss.
The ride pauses at Little Adam's Peak, where you swap the saddle for a short hike to a rock viewpoint — well-timed for sunrise or sunset over the surrounding hills. Round things off with the Flying Ravana zipline experience for a bird's-eye sweep across the highland landscape. Open to riders aged 15 and above, this tour is led in English and all equipment — bicycle, helmet and safety glasses — is provided by Lakpura.
