Two men, Ben and Gus, restricted by orders from an unseen man and four walls, confront their deepest fears and insecurities as they are forced to kill time. Ben is edgy yet suppresses that with contrived calm, Gus is in distress and is not afraid to show it. What ensures is a radical exposure of humanity's unsung faulty lines. Pinter's The Dumb Waiter is more than just a drama for a minor stage-it is a major attempt to portray all that is human, a timeless sketch of all what we are and all what we are not.

The Dumb Waiter by Harold Pinter is an English book published by Sarasavi Publishers, listed under Books, Fiction, Fiction & Literature.
