Slim Tea from Bowatte is a loose herbal blend made in Kandy to the dispensary's own recipe. It is built on the three fruits that Sri Lankan herbal recipes call triphala, with holy basil and eleven other herbs.

How to use
Directions on the pack: put one tablespoon into a teapot, add boiling water and brew for about five minutes. Strain into a cup and drink hot or cooled, once a day in the morning or at night, one hour after a meal, or as a physician advises.
