Question 6

Accepted Answer

What should I do when I arrive at Trincomalee station?

Accepted Answer

Tuk-tuks and taxis gather outside the station and can take you to your hotel, the beaches, or town-centre attractions such as Fort Frederick and Koneswaram Temple. There are also local buses for those on a tight budget. It is worth negotiating fares or using a metered taxi app if available, as tourist fares can be higher than local rates.
