Dalmanuta Gardens is located in Bentota which is on the South West Coast of Sri Lanka. This is approximately about a two hour drive from the International Airport in Katunayake while it's a mere ten minute boat ride up the Bentota River from the beach side. Airport transfers are available to Dalmanuta Gardens upon request.

Nine separate suites that are spacious, airy and bright are available for guest accommodation at Dalmanuta Gardens . All suites include a sleeping area, a lounge and a veranda facing a private garden that has a sun bed / chair along with an outdoor fan where you can relax. There are spacious bathrooms with non-chlorine well water. Other en-suite facilities include air-conditioning, a fan, a mosquito net, satellite television and a DVD player, IDD telephone facilities, tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge and a minibar.
