Forest condos are situated near the banks of the Snake River, the Summit County paved rec path, and just a short, scenic walk from Lakeside Village. The Forest condos are comprised of three beautifully designed complexes, Keystone Gulch, Wild Irishman or Flying Dutchman, and feature spacious condos of 500 to 1, 400 sq ft. Some of these condos are accessed by one or two exterior flights of stairs, and are not equipped with elevators. All accommodations feature cozy fireplaces and have access to outdoor pools and hot tubs, as well as on-site laundry, ski storage and complimentary shuttle service easily taking you from the quiet neighborhood to the hustle and bustle of resort activity.
