The apartment hotel is situated in Costa de Almería with spectacular sea views and the golf course, at the foot of the Sierra de Gádor. It is near Aguadulce, a national tourist centre that has an excellent marina. The city of Almería is 20 km away and Níjar at 57 km in the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park. The beach is around 350 m away and Almería Airport is located at a distance of approximately 26 km from the hotel. The air-conditioned hotel complex offers 160 highly comfortable apartments, and was opened in 2010. Guests have a garden area, lobby and lift access at their disposal. All apartments are equipped with double beds, a TV, a safe, individually regulated air conditioning and heating and a balcony or terrace. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and bathtub. The kitchens offer guests use of a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel has two outdoor swimming pools, one for adults and the other for children.
