Thank you very much for booking at Apartamentos G3 Galeon. To check in to your apartment, we have a modern self-check-in system via a touchscreen kiosk located at the hotel entrance. On the touchscreen, enter your reservation number or code and follow the instructions that appear on the screen. Once you have checked in, the machine will give you your room card. Very important: to check in, you must have the ID/passport of all the people who will be staying in the apartment. Our kiosk allows you to scan these documents; however, you can also enter this information manually. Remember that once you have collected your card, you must swipe it through the readers or locks located on both the entrance doors and the door to your apartment. If you have to make any payments, these must be made by credit card; cash is not accepted. If you wish to use the parking lot, there is an additional cost of €22 per night, and you must reserve it before your arrival, for which we will need the model and license plate number of your vehicle. Once in the parking lot, you can park in any space that does not have the orange logo. If you need physical assistance, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a. m. to 2:00 p. m.
