The hotel is one block away from the cathedral, 2 blocks from the Plaza de Armas, and 300 m away from the Museo de las Aves (bird museum) and 500 m away from the Museo del Desierto (desert museum). The transfer to the airport takes about 15 minutes. The resort was built from an old finca and was completely refurbished. The hotel comprises 120 rooms and has a lobby, a café, a restaurant and bar ''Pampas'', in which guests can try national and international drinks and dishes, a lift, a currency exchange facility, a hotel safe and a 24-hour reception. Guests can also use the laundry and room service, a laundrette, a shoe cleaning service, medical care, a fax and Internet facility and the supervised car park. The spacious rooms have either a double or king-size bed and all have centrally regulated air conditioning and heating, background music, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access and a balcony.
