Newcastle Studios, a family-run business in Malia's old town, is just 2km from the beach and 500 meters from the vibrant center with its beach bars and water sports. This three-story building is set amidst beautiful gardens and boasts a large pool with complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas, plus a relaxing pool bar. Each well-equipped studio features a kitchenette, fridge, kettle, toaster, dining table, hairdryer, and a private shower, toilet, and balcony. Air conditioning and safe boxes are available for an additional fee, payable on arrival. A mandatory resilience tax also applies.
