Harischandra Pepper Powder is ground black pepper in a 50g pack, ready to stir into a pot or shake over a plate. It gives an even heat where cracked pepper would leave pieces.
Harischandra has packed spices at Matara, on the south coast of Sri Lanka, since 1958.
In the kitchen
- Season soups, omelettes, fried rice, noodles and gravies.

Storage
