Gampaha Wickramarachchi Dasamularishta is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal formulation named after the renowned Sri Lankan physician, Dr. Gampaha Wickramarachchi. It's an "arishta," a fermented decoction, made from a blend of ten roots including Bilva, Agnimantha, Shyonaka, Patala, Gambhari, Brihati, Kantakari, Gokshura, Shalaparni, and Prishnaparni. Used to address musculoskeletal, respiratory, and reproductive disorders, it offers anti-inflammatory, analgesic, bronchodilator, expectorant, and immunomodulatory properties.
