Raw (unroasted) curry powder from Bowatte, in a 100 g pack. The spices are ground without dark roasting, which gives a lighter colour and a fresher spice flavour than roasted curry powder. It is a base for many Sri Lankan curries.

How it is used
Added to vegetable, fish, meat and lentil curries, and to soups and stews, usually with onion, garlic and coconut milk.
Storage
Keep the pack closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
