A black ENHANCED tub of 60 vegetarian capsules from Ancient Nutra, made with an extract of Ceylon green tea (Camellia sinensis). The back of the tub names it an organic catechins extract, and the blend adds vitamin C and black pepper extract.
It is sold as a food supplement and is a concentrated extract, so it is not the same as drinking brewed green tea.

- Green tea extract: 445mg
- Vitamin C: 50mg
- Black pepper extract (Bioperine): 5mg
How to use
The directions printed on the label: one capsule with a meal, twice a day. The maker asks that it is never taken on an empty stomach or above the label amount, and that a course is kept to eight to twelve weeks, followed by a break. Green tea extract contains some natural caffeine. Stop use and see a doctor if you notice yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, persistent nausea or unusual tiredness. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
Storage
Keep the tub closed in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children.
