About this experience
Board at Kurikkaduwan Jetty, 40 minutes from Jaffna town, at 4 pm on Day 1 and set sail at sunset past Nainativu Island and its temples. Over the following days your English-speaking captain guides you to Analativu for open-water swimming, Eluvativu for an onshore walk, and the sacred Nagadeepa Viharaya and Nagapooshani Amman Temple on Nainativu. A local guide leads you around Dutch-era Delf Island — coral walls and wild miniature horses included — before a seafood lunch on shore. Days ashore cover Jaffna Fort, Nallur Temple, a traditional Tamil home lunch, and the imposing Hammenheil Fort.
Three nights aboard the yacht include three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), drinking water, and all local taxes. You disembark back at Kurikkaduwan Jetty on the morning of Day 4. Flights, entry visa fees, beverages, and entrance fees are not included. Lakpura handles the full arrangement so you arrive, step aboard, and explore.
