The popular Louis St Elias Resort in Protaras reopened in 2016 as a fully renovated 4 Plus Ultra All-Inclusive Resort. Renovations included all rooms and public areas, and the addition of a brand new 200m pool with a hot tub (adults only) adjacent to the fully renovated restaurant. Three water slides were added to the existing pool (children below the age of 6 and/or under 120cm are not permitted), along with a kids' pool with water features and games. A brand new spa includes a gym, sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms. New room types with private pools were added in May 2018.
