About this experience
Strap on your harness, lace up your climbing shoes, and take on Kodigahakanda — a dramatic forest rock face about an hour from Horana. Your English-speaking guide briefs you on technique before you start your ascent, adjusting the challenge to your ability so climbers aged 12 and above can tackle the route with confidence. All climbing gear, including helmet, harness, and shoes, is provided, along with a water bottle and a first aid kit on standby throughout.
This is a private, four-hour excursion, so the pace is yours to set. Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included, so you'll make your own way to the site. Food and drinks beyond the supplied water bottle are not covered either, so pack a snack if you need one. Lakpura handles the gear, the guiding, and the safety — you bring the nerve.
