Bawlana Estate Bungalow is a restored 18th-century coffee bungalow at Thalathuoya, in the Bellwood valley east of Kandy, on a viewpoint looking out to the Victoria reservoir and the Hanthana mountain range.
Four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed: the Victoria master suite with a sitting area, a bath tub and a sofa bed, the Hanthana deluxe room, and the Pekoe and Taylor rooms, all with en-suite showers. Rooms are cooled by fans. Afternoon tea or coffee is included, and the whole bungalow can be taken for up to nine guests.
The first stages of the Pekoe Trail start close by, and walks to the view point can be arranged.
