Zesta Silver Tips is a rare white tea of unopened buds, hand-picked for a short time each year and sun-dried in a single layer. Delicate, pale and fragrant in the cup.
How to make it
Use one to two teaspoons per cup, water just off the boil, and steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Drink it plain, without milk or sugar; the leaf can be infused a second time.
