Ceylon Supreme is the Hyson range of single-region teas. This one is from the low-grown Ruhuna district. Low-grown teas from the south are dark and strong.
100g of loose black tea in a tin with a gold lid. Use one teaspoon of leaf for a cup of about 220ml and steep for three to five minutes. For iced tea, double the strength. It also comes in a 200g tin; see more from Hyson.
