Thebu capsules from Ancient Nutra, a herbal supplement of 60 capsules made from the leaf of thebu, also called canereed (Costus speciosus). It is a leafy plant that grows across Sri Lanka, and many Sri Lankan households eat a fresh thebu leaf in the morning.
The capsules give a measured, year-round form of the leaf, which is grown in Sri Lanka.

How to take
The maker's directions: one capsule a day before a meal. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription. The maker also advises against use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Storage
Close the lid tightly and keep the tub in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children.
