A herbal supplement from Ancient Nutra: 60 vegetarian capsules of beetroot powder (Beta vulgaris), the same red root used in Sri Lankan curries and salads. The white tub is labelled Natural Beetroot, Herbal Supplement.
Beetroot gets its deep red colour from natural compounds called betalains, which can tint urine or stool pink or red for a while; this is harmless.
In the pack

- Labelled 100% natural, GMO free, dairy free, gluten free and soy free
How to use
The maker's directions: take the capsules daily with water, as directed on the label. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
Storage
Close the cap tightly and keep the tub in a cool, dry place.
