Lunugamvehera National Park Private with Naturalist (12 hrs)

Board your private 4x4 safari jeep and head into Lunugamvehera National Park, a wilderness reserve along Sri Lanka's southern coastline. Your experienced driver doubles as your tracker, guiding you along the banks of Lunugamvehera Reservoir where elephants, birds, and other wildlife gather. The route takes you through the Elephant Corridor, one of the best stretches in the region to spot large herds on the move. A one-litre water bottle is provided per person, and pickups are included within 5 km of the park entrance gate.

This is a private, full-day outing of 12 hours, with a maximum of six passengers per jeep. Entrance fees are paid separately in cash on arrival and are not included in the booking. Gratuities and food are also at your own expense. Minimum age to join is 5 years. Lakpura arranges the jeep and naturalist tracker so your time inside the park is spent watching wildlife, not organising logistics.
