Also of great interest is the Padula Piatta beach, which offers a splendid view of the bay of the same name and Isola dei Gabbiani. Both beaches have a sandy seabed and are easily accessible. About 1 km away by car is the small cove of Spiaggia delle Piscine, where the sea is turquoise and the seabed is a mix of sand and rocks. The port of Palau, 5. 5 km away, offers ferries and boat trips to the La Maddalena Archipelago.
