The Blue Magpie Excursions: Visitors to the forest can observe and study the many features of Sinharaja by following the two main nature trails, Waturawa & Moulawella. A Steep climp up to 760 metres on the Moulawella trail rewards visitors with panoramic views of Sinharaja. Each trail takes approximately 3 to hours by foot at a leisurely pace from the Blue Magpie Lodge.
