Other things to note 📌Daily cleaning service is available upon request for an additional $45 USD per day. 📌You must cover a security deposit of $150 usd which will be withheld from your credit card. This retention is fully refundable once it has been validated that the facilities are in the conditions in which they were reserved. 📌Some areas of Casa Nima are undergoing construction, so there may be noise from Monday to Friday from 9 a. m to 6 p. m and Saturday from 9 a. m. to 1 p. m. 📌NOT pet-friendly.
