The farmhouse Fontana del Cherubino in Sicily, created in 2007, is one of the world's premier locations for restful rejuvenation and healthful cuisine. The name Fontana del Cherubino derives from an ancient fountain located in the area, built in 1757 but which is still used as a water supply for the region. Cradled between the historic valley of Mt.
