Masseria Le Fabriche blends charming hospitality with wine production, offering guests a unique, relaxing experience surrounded by nature. Our goal is to introduce visitors to a distinctive Italian wine destination, sharing its ancient traditions and culinary heritage. In 2007, we embarked on a project to create a modern, sophisticated hotel within the estate. The original 17th-century Masseria, perched atop a cliff overlooking the sea, is a place steeped in history. Its harmonious proportions provide breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, and cozy fireplaces invite intimate conversations. Nestled among the vineyards and olive groves are 18 junior suites, offering an immersive experience. The upstairs restaurant is a culinary laboratory where traditional wisdom meets modern innovation.
