About this stay

Beneath the medieval castle Bélesta, Languedoc Rousillon, the cooperative cellar was converted into a hotel and restaurant in a loft style. The architectural unit with the museum castle was respected. Each suite or room is designed in an original way: lights, colors and materials are freed from the austere appearance of the tank and reflect a contemporary Mediterranean style. Each room has a private patio overlooking the gardens leading down to the natural pool. An invitation to swim among water lilies and dragonflies, or simply enjoy the spa nestled among olive trees and magnolias.
