Situated in the heart of the Warsaw's government district, neighbouring the Prime Minister's Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the apartment is a short walk away from Warsaw's hippest restaurants and bars, elegant boutiques (on Koszykowa and Mokotowska streets), the Botanical Garden and Lazienki Park, a beautiful 76-hectar park famous for its outdoor Chopin concerts in the summer. 200 metres away is Marszalkowska Street, Warsaw's teeming thoroughfare, and Plac Unii Shopping Centre, which contains dozens of international retail brands, dry cleaning services, pharmacies as well as cafes and a supermarket.
