The residence, completely renovated in 2009, is a residential complex with 25 holiday homes and offers a reception in the lobby, satellite TV room, bar, restaurant, babysitter, conference room and free parking. All homes are equipped with a kitchen with fridge, a satellite TV, individually regulated air conditioning, heating, an en suite bathroom with shower and a terrace. The bedrooms are furnished with either double or king-size beds. Each apartment also has a safe.
