Situated in the upper village, just 800m from the center and at the foot of the slopes leading to the nearest gondola, the residence comprises three- and four-story buildings. Accommodation ranges from studio apartments for 2-4 people to two-bedroom mezzanine apartments for up to 7-8 guests. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette (with electric or ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, and often a dishwasher), a bathroom or shower room with toilet, and a television (available for a fee).
