Palace of King Parakrambahu, Sri Lanka

Palace of King Parakrambahu at Polonnaruwa, built in the 12th century, today is in ruins. Of the seven story building , all we have today is massive brick walls of the central court yard, stone bathing pool and fragments of a stone staircase.
